ZGS-Z.F-口/口combined substation is a reasonable solution for users based on the special requirements of wind power generation. Suitable for rated voltage of 40.5kV, rated frequency. It is a 50Hz three-phase AC system. This product is not only suitable for ring network power supply, but also for radial terminal power supply.

Operating conditions
1. Ambient temperature: upper limit +45°C, lower limit -45°C:

2. Altitude: not more than 2000m;

3. Wind speed: equivalent to 34m/s (not more than 700Pa);
4. Humidity: the daily average value is not more than 95%, and the monthly average value is not more than 95%;
5. Anti-vibration: the horizontal acceleration is not more than 0.4m/s', the vertical acceleration is not more than 0.15m/s';
6. The inclination of the Installation site should not exceed 3°.

Structural Features

1. The box body is divided into high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room according to functions. The three compartments arearranged in two shapes.

2. The base of this product is a welded structure, and the enclsures. partitions, doors and top cover above the base are aasembled by partialwelcing and bolt. The box shel lis made of cold-rolled plate material. and the outer surface is painted or sprayed to ensure that the productis suitable for outdoor weather conditions.

3. The high-voltege power distributon device 1s composed of load switch, plug in fuse, T-type cable plug or high-voltage porcelain botte, andlightning protection device

4. It can monitor the oil temperature and oil level of the top of the transformer.

5. The transfarmer heat sink of the combined substation is exposed cutdoors and is cooled by natural ventilation; the cabtinet can also be equippedwith mcisture removal devices according to the extemel envirorment to avoid condensation of internal components as much as possiole.

6. The sealing part of the box body has relable sealing performance, and the top cover should not accumulate or leak water.

7. Each independent compartment in the product box has sufcient ighting facltes, and the lighting power can be automatically tumed on andoff with the opening and closing of the door.
